Membership Requirements:
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Marine professional from Pakistan, Bangladesh, India or Southwestern Asia
- Currently working or previously worked in the Marine or Oil & Gas industry
- Based in or connected to the Houston, Texas area
- Commitment to HIMA values of mutual assistance and knowledge exchange
Member Responsibilities
- Members will be charged a nominal yearly fee to run the organization
- Members will be required to volunteer for HIMA events and activities
- Participate in general body meetings and gatherings when possible
- Contribute to the welfare and growth of the HIMA community
